It has a tape length of 820m which enables a native data storage capacity of 800GB that can be expanded up to 1600GB when compressed. It  features the finest ever Super Finavinx metal magnetic material and also  encapsulates an Electron-beam Curing EB binder and a thermo-setting TDC binder.  The TDK D2407LTO4 tape cartridge has  a 240MB/s compressed data transfer rate.
